How to troubleshoot PLAY MORE! App?

If in case you encounter any issues like the video/article is not loading properly, try the very basic troubleshooting step below. 

1. Click on Upper-left icon, to go to main navigation page

   

2. Click on “Settings” icon

3. Click on “Flush cache” It should clear the app cache and you can re-open the app.
